1. Service Description:

The Service offered by the Company involves the inspection of vehicles at the location specified by the customer. Our qualified inspectors will conduct a comprehensive examination of the vehicle's condition, including but not limited to its mechanical, electrical, and structural components.

2. Appointment Booking:

To schedule an inspection, customers must provide accurate and complete information about the vehicle, including its make, model, year, and location. The Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the requested appointment time, but availability is subject to inspector availability and other factors.

3. Inspection Process:

During the inspection, the customer or their authorized representative must be present to grant access to the vehicle and provide any necessary information. The inspector will conduct a visual examination and may use diagnostic tools to assess the vehicle's condition. The inspection report will be provided to the customer after the inspection is completed.

4. Inspection Report:

The inspection report will include a detailed assessment of the vehicle's condition at the time of inspection. It may include information about the vehicle's mechanical, electrical, and structural components, as well as any observed issues or concerns. The report is based on the inspector's professional judgment and is not a guarantee of the vehicle's future performance.

5. Limitations:

The inspection is limited to a visual examination and does not involve dismantling or disassembling any parts of the vehicle. The inspection report may not identify hidden or latent defects that are not visible during the inspection. The Company is not responsible for any issues that may arise after the inspection.

6. Payment and Refunds:

Payment for the Service is due at the time of booking. The Company accepts various payment methods, as specified on our website or during the booking process. Refunds may be provided only when the company fails to carry out the inspection as agreed upon by the parties involved. Customers shall not be liable to claim a refund for reasons beyond the control/jurisdiction of the company, e.g "acts of God".

7. Liability:

The Company and its inspectors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Service or reliance on the inspection report. The customer acknowledges that the inspection is not a substitute for a professional evaluation or warranty.

8. Confidentiality:

The Company will treat all customer information and inspection reports as confidential and will not disclose them to third parties without the customer's consent, except as required by law.

9. Modifications:

The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Service, these Terms, or any related policies at any time without prior notice. It is the customer's responsibility to review the Terms periodically for any changes.

10. Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nigeria By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the Service.
